About Complete Paintworx
A local, independent body shop in Grimsby, built on 14+ years of craftsmanship and doing right by our customers.
Proper paintwork, from people who care
Complete Paintworx is an independent vehicle refinisher and body shop based on Europa Park in Grimsby, owned and run by Al Forman. With over 14 years in the trade, Al has built the business on one simple thing: doing quality work, honestly.
When you come to us you deal with Al and the team directly — real people who take genuine pride in the finish — from a stone-chip touch-up to a full colour-change respray or an insurance repair. We'd rather do fewer jobs brilliantly than rush through work we're not proud of. That's also why we're straight about what we take on: we focus on paint and panel work, and for major structural or welding jobs we'll point you the right way.

“Incredible paint job! The colour came out flawless and looks factory-new. No overspray, no imperfections — just clean, high-quality work. The staff were friendly and easy to work with. I’m extremely happy with the results. Thank you Alex and team.”
“From start to finish the guys at Complete have been fantastic. The first dialogue, inspecting the vehicle, quoting and carrying out the work to the highest standard — as a business with multiple vehicles we wouldn’t go anywhere else for repairs and bodywork. Would highly recommend. 5*”
“Recommended by a friend — guess what? He’s still my friend. First class work carried out on my car by Alex & his team. Special thanks to Lucy for keeping me updated as the work progressed, and the finished result is something I’m proud of, as I’m sure they are. Many thanks guys.”
“Fantastic job done on my VW Golf by Alex and his team. Also had amazing support from Lucy throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend Complete Paintworx.”
“I couldn’t be happier with the work Complete Paintworx did on my car after it was damaged. From start to finish the experience was professional, smooth and stress-free. The paint job looks absolutely flawless — you would never know the car was ever damaged. The colour match is perfect, the finish is clean, and the attention to detail really shows. Thank you.”
“1st class from start to finish. Alex and his team did a great job repairing and respraying blistered aluminium wings with a perfect colour match — looks like new again. Would highly recommend Complete Paintworx and I will definitely use again in the future. The final bill was considerably less than the initial quote, which was a nice surprise. Thanks for a good job done.”
“Alex was extremely helpful and more than happy to work around me to get the work done. To say I’m happy with how it turned out would be an understatement — the car looks brand new. Amazing job all round. 5 star all the way!”
“Very impressed by the work done by Alex and his team. Would recommend to anyone looking to get any amount of bodywork done to their car. Great communication and service. Will be back in the future.”
